We can buy the best terrains almost for free.

These constructions could be built on the worst terrains. They are lightweight and super strong. We can get away with lightweight, cheap, easy to build foundations. They can be built on a cliff.
Position them on a bridge … ” 2 train rails” over a steep valley. Literally 2 “train rails” can hold the house easily. 2*2 or 2*3 columns at 1/2 … 1/3 of the opening. Right above a creek. If that’s the case.
Flood zones, wetland works out as well. We can put them on a barge. Terrain like this sells for “pennies”. These 45-60 degree angle properties are good for nothing. Nor for agriculture … or building a house on it.
Especially if the water passes violently once in a while over the property. You can’t even park a car. Make a barbecue or play football.
If you think about it : paying taxes after such a terrain is a burden on a man’s budget. Some will even pay you to take it :)) It costs them money. And brings them none.
Except their neighbors nobody will want it. Even so … the neighbors know that nobody will buy or build on it …. so they are not in a rush. They can negotiate. Their neighbors have the upper hand.
Sure you can’t do that in the middle of Manhattan or Rio de Janeiro .But out of the city? … with ease. It would be an exclusive location. Even buying a small land will feel like being a millionaire with acres of land. No neighbors around.
